Disabled International Student Tuition Fees
Victorian Government Schools provide quality educational opportunities to students with special educational needs.
Parents who wish to enrol a student with special needs at a Victorian Government School can email the Student Wellbeing Division on disability.services@edumail.vic.gov.au with any queries.
A Standard International Student Application Form (PDF - 448Kb) will have to be completed and returned to the International Student Program Unit. Disability Services will also assess the application to determine the level of disability, which will in turn determine the amount of fees to be paid.
Students with a disability are assessed from Levels 1 - 6 depending on the level of disability, in accordance with assessment arrangements for all students in Victorian Government schools. There are specialist schools which cater for students with severe disabilities.
2008 tuition fees for international students with a disability are as follows:
- Level 1: $12,930
- Level 2: $19,550
- Level 3: $26,290
- Level 4: $32,990
- Level 5: $39,640
- Level 6: $46,330
